Things To Try Before Calling
If you are a do-it-yourselfer there are a few things you can try before you need to call. If you show a link on your router try a power cycle. Unplug the power on your router for 60 seconds and then plug it back in. This will have your router request a new IP address from our system. It most cases this will fix your connection and you be back to streaming. Before trying anything else call our support team. We will help troubleshoot the connection.
Router Upgrade
We have found that many residents have older routers that don't support the new speeds that we are delivering to your community. These routers will work and do their best to keep up with the new speeds, but if you want to take full advantage of the new speeds reach out to our support team and we can help get you a new router.
